Mango Salsa

1/4 cup | chopped sweet or red onion |
1/4 cup | chopped red pepper |
2 Tbsp | chopped fresh cilantro or 1 tsp dry |
2 Tbsp | lime juice |
1 | jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and chopped |
1/4 tsp | ginger or 1 tsp grated fresh |
Directions
Stir mango, onion, bell pepper, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeno pepper and ginger in a bowl; cover and chill for 8 hours to overnight.
