Corn, Scalloped

64oz | canned, creamed corn (4 16oz cans) |
2 c | milk |
4 c | cracker crumbs, (1 sleeve = about 1 2/3 cups) |
1 small | onion chopped |
3/4 c | green pepper |
salt and pepper to taste | |
4tbsp | butter, divided into 6 small dollops and two pats |
Mix together. Pour into greased casserole. Push 6 or so little chucks of butter into corn mixture. And serveral small pats of butter on top of corn. Bake 30-45min @ 350ยบ
