Cheese Ball

| 2 pkgs | Philadelphia Cream Cheese, (softened) |
| 2 c. | shredded sharp cheese |
| 1 T. | Chopped pimiento, (I don't think this has much flavor if you wanted to leave it out) |
| 1 T | chopped bell pepper |
| 1 T | finely chopped onion |
| Dash | Salt |
| Finely chopped pecans |
Combine softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese, mixing until well blended. Add remaining ingredients except nuts. Mix well. Chill for about 30 minutes. Shape into ball and roll in nuts.
