Gorgonzola - Artichoke Dip

5 slices | cooked bacon |
1 - 14 ounce can | artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
1 - 8 ounce | cream cheese, softened |
2 ounce | Gorgonzola cheese crumbles, (1/2 cup) |
2 ounce | shredded fresh parmesan cheese, (1/2 cup) |
2 t. | lemon juice |
Chop 3 slices of bacon and place in bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spread in dish. Bake for 10 minutes. Stir. Bake an additional 10 - 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8 or 9 inch baking dish with Pam. Sprinkle remaining bacon (chopped) on top. Serve warm with crackers, baguette slices or veggies.
