Tomato Beef Soup

Ingredients Small chuck roast | |
1 large can | tomato soup |
3T | Beef bouillon |
Salt to taste | |
Pepper to taste | |
Fill large pot with water and simmer meat until tender. Shred meat, salt and pepper to taste, and add boullion. Simmer until soup is hot. NOODLES: | |
3 large | eggs |
1/2 cup | milk |
1t | salt |
Flour |
Beat eggs, milk, and salt. Add flour until mixture is stiff. Put dough on plate and scrap dough into boiling water in small chunks. ( inch or so long). Drain
Add noodle in bowl and ladle soup in bowl. Can serve with crackers or without.
