Garlic Chicken Soup

| 2 T | margarine |
| .75 cup | shallots chopped |
| 10 cloves | garlic crushed and chopped |
| Cook above ingredients until chicken is almost done. Add | |

| .25 tsp | thyme |
| .5 tsp | white pepper |
| 48 oz | chicken broth |
| 3 cups | water |
| 1.5 cup | sherry |
| 3 med. | carrots sliced |
| Cook until carrots are tender Add | |
| 6 cups | fresh chopped spinach |
| 3 | tomatoes, seeded and chopped |
Cook 1 8 oz bag of Kloski noodles, drain, and add. Top with shredded Parmesan cheese.
