1/2 cup | grated fresh ginger |
5 | cinnamon sticks |
3 | cloves |
1 1/2 cups | water |
1/4 cup | honey |
Beer |
Combine ginger, cinnamon sticks, cloves and water and boil. Reduce until 1/2 cup. Stir in honey and let cool. Pour 3 tbsp into a beer flute top with cold 330 ml bottle of cold white ale. Rickards white ale. Serve immediately.
