Here’s classic egg cream recipe enriched with condensed milk. Another syrup can be substituted if necessary, but Fox’s U-Bet Chocolate Syrup is the old-school choice.

Place 1/4 cup condensed milk, 1/4 cup whole milk and 3 tablespoons Fox’s U-Bet Chocolate Syrup in a cold 12-ounce fountain-style glass. Fill glass with seltzer, stirring quickly with a bar spoon until frothy. Serve.
