3/4 cup | butter |
1 | egg yolk |
1/2 cup | sugar |
1 1/2 cups | flour |
Pinch | salt |

1. Cream butter, add sugar gradually add egg yolk flour and salt. Knead together. Refrigerate dough for 1 hour. Break off walnut sized pieces, roll into balls. Make indentation in centre. Fill with jam.
2. Bake at 350 for 12-15 min. Until light brown
