Baked rice

1 1/2 cups | long grain rice |
3 cups | chicken stock |
1/3 cup | butter |
1/2 tsp | parsley flakes |
1/4 tsp | salt |
1/8 tsp | garlic powder |
1. Combine all ingredients together in a 2 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake in 350 oven for about 40 min or until rice is tender.
2. Fluff with fork and serve makes 8 servings
