Hot spinach dip

1 (10 ounce) package | frozen chopped spinach, thawed and thoroughly drained |
1/2 cup | diced red bell pepper |
1(6.5oz) jar | marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped |
1/2 cup | grated Parmesan cheese, (4 oz) |
1 tablespoon | minced garlic |
Salt | |
pepper to taste | |
1/2 cup | sour cream |
1/4 cup | heavy cream |
2 teaspoons | flour |
1- preheat oven to 350 degrees
2- mix together spinach, bell pepper, artichokes, cheese,garlic,and salt and pepper to taste.
Whisk together sour cream,heavy cream, and flour; stir into spinach mixture.spoon into a 1 quart baking dish.
3- bake until bubbly ; about 20-25 minutes.
