BOK CHOY - Bok Choy and Pear Slaw

Bok Choy and Pear Slaw ingredients | |
2 tablespoons | Greek yogurt |
2 tablespoons | mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon | rice wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon | soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon | sesame oil |
1/4 teaspoon | grated fresh ginger |
1/8 teaspoon | cayenne, or to taste |
1 cup | thinly sliced red onion |
3 1/2 cups | thinly sliced bok choy, (about 1/2 pound) |
2 1/3 cups | peeled and julienned Anjou pear, (about 2 pears) |
2 tablespoons | chopped cilantro |
directions
In a large bowl whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and cayenne. Stir in the onion, bok choy, pear and cilantro and toss to coat.
