Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

1 1/4 cup | old fashioned oats |
1/2 cup | oat flour |
2 tsp | baking powder |
1/2 tsp | salt |
1 1/2 cup | almond milk |
1 | ener-G Egg, (for vegan) |
2 | ripe bananas, (frozen very ripe works too) |
1/4 cup | walnuts, (or pecans) |
Preheat griddle to 300
Mix everthing except bananas in blender on low speed until mixed, then add bananas and blend just till all combined (on low).
Pour by 1/3 cup on griddle, cook on each side for 5 minutes.
Top with sliced bananas and more nuts if desired.
