Grilled Parmesan corn

Ingredients | |
6 ears | fresh corn, shucked and cleaned |
3 Tablespoons | butter |
3 Tablespoons | olive oil |
4 medium cloves | garlic, minced |
1 Tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon | salt |
½ teaspoon | pepper |
¼ cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
2 Tablespoons | parsley, minced |
Instructions
Heat grill to medium-high heat.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Turn off heat and add corn oil, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Stir until combined.
Brush corn with butter mixture.
Grill corn for about 10 minutes, rotating periodically until each side is cooked and slightly charred.
Remove corn from grill and top with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
