| 1 bottle | prosecco, very cold |
| 4 ounces | lemon flavored vodka, very cold |
| 3 tablespoons | chopped fresh mint |
| Lemon sorbet | |
| Mint sprigs, for garnish | |
Directions
Whisk the prosecco, vodka and mint in a pitcher.
Place a small scoop of sorbet in each chilled champagne flute and top with the prosecco mixture. Garnish with mint sprigs.
