Spicy charred Broccoli

2Tbsp | soy sauce |
2Tbsp | rice wine vinegar, (or white wine vinegar) |
1Tbsp | toasted sesame oil |
canola oil, alternative | |
1Tbsp | honey |
1/2 tsp | crushed red pepper flakes |
1/4 tsp | salt |
Freshly ground Pepper | |
4 cups | broccoli florets, fresh or frozen ( thaw & pat dry) |
Stir soy sauce, vinegar, oli, honey, pepper flakes, salt & pepper in a bowl.
Coat a grill pan or large cast iron skillet with cooking spray & heat over med high heat.
Place the broccoli on the grill pan & cook, turning occasionally until tender & a bit charred, about 15 minutes.
Remove broccoli from pan & place in bowl with soy sauce mixture. Toss well
Serve 4
