Instructions
1. Place meat in pot covered with water - bring to a boil
2. Take meat out and place in ice water
3 Mix spices/herbs with water and bring to a boil
4. Add Beef to the solution and continue to boil for 15 min - take the meat out - keep herb stock
5. Remove meat and cool for 2 hours.
6. Put back into the herb stock and cook on low heat for another 2 hours.
7. Remove, cool, slice and serve
