Smoked Baked Brisket

5-6 pound | Brisket |
1 tsp | Meat Tenderizer |
1/2 bottle | Liquid Smoke |
1/2 tsp | Pepper |
1 tsp | Celery Salt |
1 tsp | Garlic Salt |
Sprinkle above ingredients on brisket and refrigerate overnight. | |
1 tsp | Paprika |
1/2 tsp | Nutmeg |
1/4 c. | Brown Sugar |
2-4 tbs | Worchestershire Sauce |
Add above 4 ingredients. Cover and bake at 250 for 5-6 hours. You may add bar-b-que sauce the last hour of cooking time.
