| 1 teaspoon | balsamic vinegar |
| 2 | blackberries, (muddled) |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | simple syrup |
| 2 ounces | bourbon |
1 splash club soda

Add balsamic and blackberries to a rocks glass. Muddle the fruit. Top with ice and add the simple syrup and bourbon. Stir to combine. Top with club soda.
