| 8 oz | cream cheese |
| 1/2 c | sour cream |
| 1/4 c + blue cheese Red onion to taste-1 | |
| 1 | Red apple- minced |
| 1/4 c | toasted pecans |
| mix together, refrigerate. Serve with crackers. | |
| Sweet cheese spread- | |
| 8 oz | cream cheese |
| 2T | OJ concentrate |
| 1 T | sugar |
| 1/8 t | cinnamon |
| 1/4 c + craisins, chopped | |
| 1/2 c | toasted pecans |
| Orange zest | |
Mix together, refrigerate. Serve w crackers.
