High Protien Blueberry Baked Oatmeal

3cups | Old Fashioned Oatmeal, (42oz Pkg Info) |

1 cups | Silk Almondmilk Unsweetened Original |
1 tsp | Vanilla extract |
1 cup | Eggs, White only, raw |
1/2 cup | Applesauce Unsweetened |
1/2 cup | Greek non-fat Yogurt |
3/4 tsp | Baking Powder |
1 tsp | Cinnamon, ground |
1 tbsp | Chia Seeds |
2 tbsp | Truvia |
1 cup | Frozen Mixed Berries |
Combine all liquid ingredients and pour over oatmeal. Add dry ingredients. Mix until combined. Stir in fruit and pour into 8" square glass baker. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Stores well in the fridge.
