    3cups  Old Fashioned Oatmeal, (42oz Pkg Info)
-Uncooked
    1 cups  Silk Almondmilk Unsweetened Original
    1 tsp  Vanilla extract
    1 cup  Eggs, White only, raw
    1/2 cup  Applesauce Unsweetened
    1/2 cup  Greek non-fat Yogurt
    3/4 tsp  Baking Powder
    1 tsp  Cinnamon, ground
    1 tbsp  Chia Seeds
    2 tbsp  Truvia
    1 cup  Frozen Mixed Berries

Combine all liquid ingredients and pour over oatmeal. Add dry ingredients. Mix until combined. Stir in fruit and pour into 8" square glass baker. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Stores well in the fridge.
