4 | boneless, skinless chicken breast halves |
1-1/2 tsp | balsamic vinegar |
1 tsp | garlic powder or granulated garlic, (better) |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
1/4 tsp | salt |
1/8 tsp | pepper |
1/2 cup | dry white wine |
1/2 tsp | dried rosemary |
1/2 cup | fresh, diced tomato |
Directions
Place chicken in slow cooker.
Mix vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and wine. Pour over chicken.
Cover. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
1/2 hour before end time, stir in rosemary and tomato.
