COCKTAIL - RUM - Toasted Coconut Colada

If you like Pina Coladas then you're going to absolutely love Clinton's Toasted Coconut Colada! The Chew Clinton Kelly TOASTED COCONUT COLADA | |
1 1/2 ounces | coconut rum |
1 ounce | amaretto |
2 ounces | pineapple juice |
1 ounce | Coco Lopez coconut milk |
1 ounce | orange juice |
Juice of half a | lime |
1 ounce | dark rum |
toasted coconut, (to garnish) | |
1 cup | ice |
pineapple wedge, (to garnish) |

Place the coconut rum, amaretto, pineapple juice, coconut milk, orange juice, and lime juice in a blender. Add 1 cup of ice. Blend on low, increasing the speed until smooth.
Pour into a hurricane glass. Top with a rum floater. Garnish with toasted coconut and a pineapple wedge.
Tips
- Decorate your hurricane glass with a hula skirt made out of tissue paper!
