COCKTAIL - RUM - Toasted Coconut Colada

| 1 1/2 ounces | coconut rum |
| 1 ounce | amaretto |
| 2 ounces | pineapple juice |
| 1 ounce | Coco Lopez coconut milk |
| 1 ounce | orange juice |
| Juice of half a | lime |
| 1 ounce | dark rum |
| toasted coconut, (to garnish) | |
| 1 cup | ice |
| pineapple wedge, (to garnish) | |

Place the coconut rum, amaretto, pineapple juice, coconut milk, orange juice, and lime juice in a blender. Add 1 cup of ice. Blend on low, increasing the speed until smooth.
Pour into a hurricane glass. Top with a rum floater. Garnish with toasted coconut and a pineapple wedge.
Tips
- Decorate your hurricane glass with a hula skirt made out of tissue paper!
