If you like Pina Coladas then you're going to absolutely love Clinton's Toasted Coconut Colada! The Chew Clinton Kelly TOASTED COCONUT COLADA
    1 1/2 ounces  coconut rum
    1 ounce  amaretto
    2 ounces  pineapple juice
    1 ounce  Coco Lopez coconut milk
    1 ounce  orange juice
    Juice of half a  lime
    1 ounce  dark rum
      toasted coconut, (to garnish)
    1 cup  ice
      pineapple wedge, (to garnish)

Place the coconut rum, amaretto, pineapple juice, coconut milk, orange juice, and lime juice in a blender. Add 1 cup of ice. Blend on low, increasing the speed until smooth.
Pour into a hurricane glass. Top with a rum floater. Garnish with toasted coconut and a pineapple wedge.

Tips
- Decorate your hurricane glass with a hula skirt made out of tissue paper!
