Prep 20 minutes Cook 40 minutes Ready in 1 hr Makes 36 meatballs Ingredients:
    1 pound  ground beef
    2/3 cup  finely chopped onion
    1  egg, lightly beaten
    1/4 cup  dry bread crumbs
    3/4 tsp  salt
    1/2 tsp  black pepper
    1 tbs  vegetable oil
    1/3 cup  packed brown sugar
    2 tsp  flour
    1 cup  water, ( or you can substitute pineapple juice )
    1/4 cup  white vinegar
    2 tbs  low sodium soy sauce

1- combine beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix thoroughly, and shape into 1- inch balls.
2- heat oil in a 12 inch skillet over medium high heat and working in 2 batches, brown meatballs on all sides, about 5 minutes per batch .
3- mix brown sugar, flour water, vinegar, and soy sauce in a bowl. Pour over meatballs in skillet. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, then reduce heat to low and cook for 30 minutes.
