    1 cup  chopped dates
    1 cup  sultanas
    2 cups  traditional oats
    1/2 cup  roughly chopped almonds
    1 tbs  cocoa powder
    1 tsp  vanilla essence
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Once the mixture is funky ground roll mixture into balls and store in the fridge in an air tight container. Energy: 312kJ. Protein: 1.5g
      Fat, 1.8g. Sat fat: 0.3g

Carbohydrate: 12.5. Fibre: 8.4g
Calcium: 15mg. Iron: 0.6g
