| 1/4 cup | garlic powder |
| 2 Tablespoons | coarsely ground black pepper |
| 2 Tablespoons | ground red pepper, (cayenne) |
| 2 Tablespoons | dried oregano |
| 2 Tablespoons | dried thyme |
| 2 Tablespoons | onion powder |
In a small bowl mix all ingredients. Store in tightly covered container--up to three month--or longer. Makes 1 cup.
