4 cups | heavy cream |
1/2 cup | sugar |
5 teaspoons | wildflower honey |
4 teaspoons | Silver Star Whiskey Honey Liqueur, (or other honey-flavored spirit) |
Whisk together all of the ingredients in a saucepan over medium-low heat. When the sugar and honey are dissolved, remove from heat and let cool completely.
Freeze according to your ice-cream maker’s instructions. Makes 1 quart, about 8 servings.
