Baked Dijon salmon

1/4 cup | butter, melted |
3 tbs | Dijon mustard |
1 1/2 tablespoons | honey |
1/4 cup | plain dried bread crumbs |
1/4 cup | finely chopped pecans |
4 tsp | chopped fresh parsley |
4 (4 oz) | salmon filets |
Salt | |
black pepper to taste |
1 lemon cut into wedges, for garnish
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Stir together butter, mustard, and honey,in a bowl. In another bowl, combine bread crumbs, pecans and parsley.
Brush each filet lightly with mustard mixture. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture on filets.
Bake until salmon flakes easily with fork, 12-15 minutes
Season with salt and pepper; garnish with lemon.
