Marinate for 2 hrs then bake in and baste w marinade in 350 degree oven.
    1/4 c  fresh lemma juice
    1/3 c  olive oil
    2 T  balsamic vinegar
    1/2  red onion sliced
    1/4 c  choppedarsley
2 anchovies rinsed and chopped
    1 T  capers
    1t  finely grated lemon zest
    1 t  pepper
    1 t  salt

Whisk all together in a medium non reactive bowl. Use immediately.
