Balsamic, Caper, Anchovy marinade for Halibut or Cod

| Marinate for 2 hrs then bake in and baste w marinade in 350 degree oven. | |
| 1/4 c | fresh lemma juice |
| 1/3 c | olive oil |
| 2 T | balsamic vinegar |
| 1/2 | red onion sliced |
| 1/4 c | choppedarsley |
| 2 anchovies rinsed and chopped | |
| 1 T | capers |
| 1t | finely grated lemon zest |
| 1 t | pepper |
| 1 t | salt |
Whisk all together in a medium non reactive bowl. Use immediately.
