Puff pastry sausage rolls

500g | italian sausage |
1/2 cup | bread crumbs |
Some | minced fresh parsley |
1/2 cup | minced onion |
6 cloves | garlic minced |
1 pkg. 450g | puff pastry |
Dijon mustard | |
honey |
Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
In bowl mix 2 eggs, sausage, bread crumbs, parsley , onion and garlic.
On lightly floured surface unroll pastry cut into 3 equal strips on each sheet for a total of 6. Brush with honey and mustard mixed together. Spoon 1/6 of sausage mixture. Roll up and press edges to seal
Arrange rolls seam side down on prepared pan. Freez for 20 min. Cut each roll into 8 pieces. Freeze again if not baking right Away and store for later or take remaining egg with 1 Tbsp water and wash tops of sausage rolls. Bake at 425 for 20 min on parchment paper
