|3 tbsp||veg oil|
|1 lb||chicken cut up|
|1/2 lb||green beans cut up|
|1/4 cup||lemon juice|
|2 tbsp||soy sauce|
|1 tbsp||brown sugar|
|2 tsp||ground turmeric|
1. Heat oil in frying pan. Add chicken. Cook until brown 3-4 min. Remove from pan.
2. Add beans and fry for 2 min. Stir in lemon juice soy sauce sugar and turmeric and water. Simmer for 3-5 min return chicken to pan and cook for 2-3 more min.
