|2 cloves||garlic minced|
|1/2 tsp||crushed red pepper|
|1/2 cup||peanut butter|
|1/2 cup||hoisin sauce|
1. Cook first 3 ingredients in small saucepan in med. heat for 2 min stirring occasionally.
2. Mix remaining ingredients add to sauce pan cook 2-3 min stirring occasionally. Cool completely.
Serve as a dipping sauce with skewers shrimp chicken beef or pork. And spring rolls or salad rolls or use as a stir fry sauce with veggies and noodles.
