    1 c  almond milk
    ¼ c  old-fashioned oats
    ½  frozen banana
    ⅓ c  plain non-fat Greek yogurt
    ½ Tbsp  maple syrup
    ¼ tsp  vanilla extract
    ¼ tsp  cinnamon
    3 or 4  ice cubes

ADD all ingredients to blender and puree until smooth.
