Frozen Mocha Cheesecake

1 1/4 c | chocolate wafer cookie crumbs, (about 24) |
1/4c | sugar |
1/4c | butter melted |
1 8 oz cream cheese ,softened | |
1 14 oz can | Eagle Sweetened Condensed milk |
2/3 c | chocolate syrup |
2T | instant coffee |
1 t | hot water |
1 c | whipping cream, whipped |
In small bowl, combine crumbs, sugar, butter. In buttered 9" spring form pan or 13 x 9" baking dish, pat crumbs firmly on bottom and up sides. chill. In lg mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy, add condensed milk and syrup. In small bowl, dissolve coffee in water. Add to condensed milk mixture. Mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into pan. Cover and freeze 6 hrs or until firm. Keep leftovers in freezer.
