Ravioli w Peas and Shallots

1 1/2 lbs | ravioli |
2 T | butter |
2 | shallots thinly sliced |
1 10 oz bag | frozen peas |
1 t | grated lemon zest |
Cook pasta and reserve 1/2 c cooking liquid.
Meanwhile, heat butter in lag skillet over med heat. Add shallots and cook about 3 mins.
Add peas, lemon zest, salt and pepper and the reserved pasta water. Cook partially covered until peas are heated through about 3-4 mins.
Divide ravioli and top with pea mixture.
