Tortelloni with Pancetta & Gorgonzola Cream (Bravo)*

Tortelloni, 2 packages | |
2 Tbsp | Olive Oil |
1 Tbsp | Garlic, chopped |
½ cup | white wine |
1 cup | heavy cream |
¼ cup | Gorgonzola cheese |
¼ cup | Parmesan cheese |
Salt | |
pepper to taste | |
¼ cup | walnuts, toasted, chopped |
2 Tbsp | Pancetta, cooked, chopped |
1. Cook Tortelloni in boiling water. Drain and set aside
2. In sauce pot heat oil
3. Add garlic and sauté till it begins to turn light brown
4. Add white wine, heavy cream, Gorgonzola cheese, Parmesan cheese
5. Reduce heat to a simmer
6. Add salt and pepper to taste
7. Add tortelloni into sauce, stir to combine
8. Transfer to serving dish
9. Garnish with walnuts and pancetta
