Spiced lamb burger

2 1/2 | ground lamb |
1 med | onion very finely chopped |
3/4 cup | chopped fresh flat leaf parsley |
1 tbsp | ground coriander |
3/4 tsp | cumin |
1/2 tsp | cinnamon |
2 tsp | salt |
1 1/2 tsp | pepper |
1/4 cup | olive oil plus more for grilling |
8 thick med | pita breads with pockets |
1. Using a fork mix lamb onion parsley and spices and oil in a large bowl cover and chill at least 1 hour.
2 stuff pitas with filling and grill about 5 min per side
