| 1 teaspoon | strawberry preserves |
| 1 1/2 ounces | rum |
| 1/2 ounce | lemon juice |
| 2 ounces | sparkling white wine |
Combine the strawberry preserves, rum, lemon juice and some ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake to combine. Pour into a wine or champagne glass. Top with sparkling wine.
