1 package | hot dog buns |
1/3 cup | Parmesan cheese grated |
1 cup | butter |
1 t | dried parsley |
1 1/2 t | dried oregano |
1 1/2 | dried basil |
1 t | garlic powder |
Preheat oven to 200. In a small saucepan melt butter add parsley, oregano, basil, and garlic powder.
Cover a 15 X 12 jelly roll pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Cut each hotdog bun in half lengthwise, than cut each half in half lengthwise making 4 breadsticks from each bun. Lay breadsticks close together on jelly roll pan cut side up.
Brush all the butter mixture evenly over the breadsticks. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake for 2 - 2 1/2 hours or until the breadsticks are dried out and crispy. Store in tightly covered container.
