Shredded bread | |
1C | celery cut fine and sautéed |
1C | onion cut fine and sautéed |
1/4 pound | butter |
2 sour apples cut fine | |
Salt | |
pepper | |
sage |
Cook the giblets in water and use that liquid to moisten the bread
Rub turkey inside and out with butter and then salt and pepper generously
Stuff the bird and cook
If there is remaining stuffing, bake in a covered dish after dabbing with butter
