Pimento Cheese

1 1/2 c | mayo |
1 (4 oz) jar | dicedimento, drained |
1 t | worcestershire sauce |
1 t | finely grated onion |
1/4 t | ground red pepper |
Mix above ingredients.
Using the small side on a box grater, finely shred 1 8 oz block extra sharp cheddar cheese. Then use the large side and grate coarsely 1 8 oz block of sharp cheddar cheese.
Add cheese to mayo mixture. Serve on sandwiches or with crackers.
Refrigerate up to one week.
