Slow cooker Beef Roast

| 3lb | chuck roast |
| 1 envelope | each of dry Italian dressing mix, dry ranch salad dressing and dry brown gravely mix |
| 2 cups | water |
Put water in large measuring cup and add all three dry mixes to water. Mix until blended completely.
Brown roast if desired. Put into slow cooker and add the water mix. Cook on high for 4 hrs or low for 8 hrs.
I added potatoes and carrots to this. very good. Add potatoes and carrots half way through cooking.
