    4 cups  cold left over mashed potatoes
    1/4 cup  all purpose flour
2 tbs . Each chopped green onions and red bell peppers
    1/2 cup  grated cheddar or parmesean cheese

1 egg lightly beaten

1- coat a waffle iron with cooking spray. Preheat according to manufacturers directions. Combine potatoes and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spoon 1/4 cup mixture onto center of waffle iron and cook until golden brown. Repeat with remaining mixture.
