Potaffle ( leftover mashed potatoes made in waffle iron)

4 cups | cold left over mashed potatoes |
1/4 cup | all purpose flour |
2 tbs . Each chopped green onions and red bell peppers | |
1/2 cup | grated cheddar or parmesean cheese |
1 egg lightly beaten
1- coat a waffle iron with cooking spray. Preheat according to manufacturers directions. Combine potatoes and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spoon 1/4 cup mixture onto center of waffle iron and cook until golden brown. Repeat with remaining mixture.
