Set oven at 350 degrees. | |
6 | boneless chicken, ( skinned ) |
Package of kraft grated Italiano shredded cheese. | |
1 can | campbell mushroom soup. |
1/3 cup | white wine |
1 pig.stove top stuffing. | |
3 tbsp. | Butter |
Place the chicken breasts in an ovenproof casserole season chicken to your liking ( I use lawyers seasoning salt and pepper.) cover chicken with cheese ( I make sure there is about 1/4 inch of cheese covering the entire breast)
Mix soup and wine in a bowl, spoon over chicken ( it might look a bit scarce but there will be enough)
Melt butter in microwave then add the pig. of stuffing mix and mix it together.
Sprinkle the mix over casserole..
Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately one hour, if breasts are smaller are smaller used less time.
