    6  leeks sliced
    2 cloves  garlic
    300ml  veg stock
    309g  dried macaroni
    6 tbsp  tomato purée
    400 gm  quark
    1 tsp  mustard powder
    2  eggs
    160g  reduced fat cheddar
      Salt
      pepper

Oven at 200c/180 fan
Put leek, garlic & stock in pan, simmer for 6-8 mins.
Cook macaroni.
Mix tomato purée, quark, mustard powder, eggs & 1 tsp water together, add macaronic, leek mixture, stir in 120g cheese.
Put in oven proof bowl, add remaining cheese , cook for 15 to 20 mins
