2 Tbsp | pumpkin puree |
1 Tbsp | cashew butter |
½ med | pear, thinly sliced |
1 tsp | honey |
Fresh thyme |
1. TOAST bread.
2. WHISK pumpkin puree and cashew butter in small bowl until combined.
3. SPREAD pumpkin-cashew mixture on bread. Top with pear slices. Drizzle with honey and top with fresh thyme leaves. Serve.
