    3/4 C  rolled oats
      oat flour, alternative
    1/2 C  almond milk or water
    1/2  banana

Cinnamon optional

Heat pan in med heat. Add coconut oil to pan.
If making oat flour, pulse rolled oats in food processor until fine flour forms. If using oat flour just add to food processor.
Once oats are ready add banana & milk and pulse into a smooth batter.
