Chicken Pasta Alfredo-1Pan

3TB | olive oil |
1 1/2 LBS | chicken breast |
2-3 cloves | garlic, crushed |
2 cups | chicken broth |
1 cup | heavy cream |
1/2 LB | uncooked pasta |
2 cups | parmesan cheese |
salt | |
pepper to taste | |
fresh chopped parsley |
Cut chicken into cubes. Brown in oil. (no need to cook all the way through-just browned) Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add the chicken broth, pasta and cream. Bring to a gentle boil, cover and simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
Stir in the parmesan cheese then add chopped parsley.
