| 5 medium | tomatoes sliced 1/4 inch thick |
| 4 oz. | mozzarella block, thinly slices |
| garlic salt | |
1. Layout tomatoe slices on greased cookie sheet. Top with cheese slices and sprinkle with garlic salt.
2. Bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
