1 1/2 cups | milk |
4 | eggs |
1 cup | all-purpose flour |
1 1/2 teaspoon | sugar |
1/8 teaspoon | salt |

1. in a small mixing bowl, combine milk and eggs. Combine the flour, sugar, and salt; add to mil mixture and whisk well. Cover adn refrigerate for 1 hour. 2. Melt 1 teaspoon butter in an 8 inch nonstick skillet; pour 3 to 4 tablespoons batter into the center of the skillet. Lift and tilt the pan to evenly coat bottom. Cook until top appears dry; turn and cook 15-20 seconds longer. Remove to wire rack or plate. 3. repeat with remaining batter; adding butter to skillet as needed. When cook, stack crepes with wax paper or paper towels in between. 4. Serve warm with filling or other tasty toppings. Crepe filling: | |

1/2 cup | powdered sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | vanilla |
1 to 2 tablespoons | milk |
1. Mix all four ingredients together and mix with a hand mixer until well blended.
2. Spread on crepe and enjoy!
